Biswanath heads the global operations for data analytics in Evalueserve. The delivery centers span across China, India, Romania, Germany, Chile & US. The team specializes in operationalizing analytics by working across four pillars namely Analytics Advisory, Data Solutions, Advance Analytics and Last mile integration. In his career stint, he had worked across different industries like Retail, CPG, Industrials, Telecom, Technology, Logistics, Energy, Chemicals, and Utilities firms which had helped him to be a thought leader in cross pollinating ideas across industries.
He started his professional career from a manufacturing firm GABRIEL(automotive ancillary firm) – working around with projects focusing on six sigma, Lean and Kanban. It helped in laying a strong foundation on operations & process analytics. He also got exposed to predictive maintenance, supply chain management, logistics and warehouse management to improve the KPIs at a plant level. In his next stint, he was working with Hewlett-Packard helping them in setting up their Supply Chain Analytics practice focusing on Logistics, transportation, distribution and reverse logistics. He worked on multiple projects ranging from – inventory planning, network optimization, demand forecasting, reporting and dashboarding. He program managed a lot of global initiatives working with different teams which brought a lot of dollar savings for the company. In his next stint, he got an opportunity to work with TARGET (US retailer firm). He was instrumental in building up teams in the area of Merchandising presentation, Merchandising planning, Optimization, Pricing, Assortment, Marketing, Customer Insight and Asset Protection. He scaled up the teams from scratch, providing training and mentoring to team members across domain & statistical analysis. His thought leadership helped the teams establish credibility across business stakeholders. He acted as a solution architect to develop the blueprint and worked with delivery teams to create sandboxes and prototypes for effective execution.
He had completed his graduation in electrical engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College and a PGDM from Symbiosis, Pune.
